I applied paper application on 18th November 2015 at VFS Canada Kathmandu but till yet no response.I applied for Visitor Visa.Currently my visa case is under process at New Delhi.

I applied VAC Kathmandu on 18.11.2015 and today (02.12.2015) received mail from VAC KTM that my passport already dispatched from Canadian Visa Office New Delhi to the VAC KTM.
