I have filed my husban's application in November 2014, affter my file is traansfred to New Dehli I have not hear anything as yet, anyone else is from November application here?

Your husband would have received AOR2 and UCI number. And as per posts in http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/new-delhi-2014-applicants-t180473.0.html NDVO is processing September 2014 applications right now. Follow that thread for better info.
