Hi,
procedure for PR from skilled worked with positive LMIA.
what is the process to apply for PR ..and how long we need to work with same employer to apply PR under this stream.

Look at AIPP or Nova Scotia PNP requirements and process to see if eligible. Your employer has to fill out forms as a designated employer and be approved. Assume you have a closed work permit rather than waiting a long time for PR.

Once you have PR, you can do whatever you want.

My employer is nota designated employer but employer is active business presence in this province more than 5 years.
but not designated in AIPP list and i dnot think it is required untill unless if I wanted to apply under AIPP.
and my query was how long i need to work with this employer to get elegibility to apply for PNP non-express entry under NSPNP.

Please give some information..

Which non express entry stream? Read through the guide for skilled worker. Research the different streams as all information is on the website.Assume you are in Canada and working.
