We are planning to apply for Nova Scotia PNP under the Express Entry Demand stream Category B.
On a website I read that the stream will open intermittently and we will have to submit our applications. On another site I read that if the EE profile is already created and if NS has been mentioned as one of the preferred destinations, then we will get an invitation to submit application based on our NOC.
Can somebody please clarify which of these is the correct procedure?
