Nova Scotia immigration programme

Hi,

Good Morning,

Nova Scotia has introduced as PNP programme for immigrant under different Occupation. There is one occupation which is "Finance & Accounts". I have 8 years of Experience in Accounting. I have 5.5 IElts Band(Listening 5.5,R-4.5,W-5.5,S-6) also. Can i apply & what are the ways to apply . I am married with a Kid. Can i apply now alone & after words my wife can apply is it possible.

Please advise for the said matter on urgent basis.
