I need to file the application for PR card renewal in early September. I didn't file the 2013 income tax yet, but plan to do it soon. Do I have to wait to receive notice of assessment for 2013, and include it with the application? That woudl delay me. Can I include the copy of the tax filing instead? Does it create a serious problem and an RQ trigger for PR card application if I file the tax late. (I don't owe any tax for any year). Any thoughts or experiences will be appreciated.
