Notice of Assessment - NOA

Hi ,

I haven't received my NOA yet. Without the NOA can I still submit my application(I do have my T4,pay stubs, letter of employment etc...) ?

Once I get my NOA should I immediatly send it OR should I wait for the file number to come and then send the document ?

Yes you can submit your file without NOA. Attach an explanation letter at place of NOA mentioning that you will submit NOA when its available. After you receive AOR, send NOA.
