hey guys so we got the refusal letter , my wife went to meet the member of her parliment in winnipeg north ( kevin l'amoureux) , he is a nice man and he gave us some advices and suggestions, he told her to sent the letter of appeal to vancouver and move to live with your husband in his country for while, MY QUESTIONS about this is , We have no idea how this work , I mean , what is gonna happen after sending the letter of apeal , i heard that we will meet a judge , where is gonna be the meeting with this judge , in canada or my home country? he will be canadian or moroccan ? i dont care how much it will take till we get a hearing , because we will be together in my home country, IM SO SORRY for this many questions, but we are so confused because this seems to be new for us, thank you in advance.

No need to be sorry, they are good questions! I sympathize with you regarding the situation you and your wife are now in. You guys are fortunate she is in a position to come and live with you in Morocco while you wait, it should strengthen your case and hopefully make things a little less emotionally difficult on you both. Not many people would be able to do that, for various reasons. I'm sorry I don't have the information you are looking for but I just wanted to give you some encouragement. I really hope you get some good answers/advice from people who know about this here on the forum.
