Hi,

shouldn't these documents be notarized form the chamber of commerce?

Best Regards,

I did'nt do it.

Don't know if this helps,... but in Sgp, we just go to the Commissioner-of-Oath, and these people are everywhere. I have not heard of any specific commissioner to go to, nor of any specific party that is empowered to provide notarization services.

I am open to corrections,.... thank you,....

question at aspire...

so even when i am working with a company that is not registered in my home country, i can get the work letter from this company, notarized, from my consulate office, in Jeddah?

Yes, for as long as you will show them the original copy, they will notarize the photocopy certifying that they have seen the original copy and that the photocopy is the same as the original.

Their seal does not affirm the truthfullness of the contents of the documents being notarized. It just simply means that the photocopy has identical contents as with the original copy.

Aspire, okay,... but what about ALL of the other docs ? Do we need to notarize ALL of them ?? We need to pay a certain price for each notary stamp, and do ALL pages of each document need to be notarized INDIVIDUALLY ? Don;t know if I have explained clearly here,... hoping you understand my question,...
