I have received my IMM5688 COPR paperwork, both the CIC and Client copies have a message "not valid for travel". How do I validate the fprms

They are processed when you arrive at the border to Canada by the CBSA. Do not do anything else with them. If you are inside Canada, you can also make an appointment with CIC / IRCC to land at a local office.
