Not sure about the final decision. Please Help

Greetings,

My parent's passports were dispatched to my VFS location from Singapore office. When checking the GCKEY for any update it just shows a Correspondence letter ( Biometrics ) and shows their application is still under process and reviewing their eligibility. It has been stuck to this for 5 days now. They still did not receive their passport. They applied for tourist visa.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

VFS forwards the passports to Canadian embassies for visa stamping, you should check with VFS, if it is really stuck somewhere.
