not sure about imm5669E question

hi,

when filling out the imm5669E form (Schedule A - Background Declaration), there is the question number 6 `Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever .....

I am the applicant and I`m being sponsored, do I fill out in that form (tick) everything that applies to my parents/siblings and me OR also for my sponsor ? Not sure if I must tick here also yes/no that applies to my spouse ?

edit: sorry posted this question too fast, found the answer (hope I`m correct): I tick only the answers that applies to my parents and me since the details of the sponsor are on a different application to mention.
