NOT sending 12th marksheets?

So i will be applying for a post graduate 2 year diploma program.

For VISA applications, is it okay if I send only the 3 year undergraduate marksheets and no 12th or 12 marksheets?

will it be okay or is it a requirement and my application will b rejected because of lack of dossuments?

bro coming from here:
***DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS UNLESS REQUESTED TO DO SO BY A VISA OFFICER, OR YOUR FILE WILL NOT BE GIVEN PRIORITY PROCESSING UNDER SPP.

Photocopy of the most recent diploma/leaving certificate, and most recent mark sheets (for entire program; consolidated mark sheets are NOT acceptable)

As Per - "APPLICATION FOR A STUDY PERMIT – SPP CHECKLIST" : it requires photocopy of
recent mark sheets (including transcripts for entire program).

In my case it will be Graduation Degree.
