Not received AWB after payment

Hello All,
I've done payment for 3 applications but have received AWB for 2 only. We also sent mail to vfs passport submission team, It's been 3 days since then but no response yet.
Any have idea about it?

Hi this is sukhpal I didn’t get Airways bill no (AWB NO) from vfs and I already paid payment on 6th Oct, as you told me to drop my passport at blue dart and they can provide me tracking no, i visit them and they are not taking my passport without the AWB no from vfs.
