Hi - I applied citizenship for my wife and daughter using paper application in December 2022. I received a reply from them in February 2023 that one of the documents for my daughter is missing, I sent the document immediately which was delivered on March 2nd 2023. Since then I have not received any information from IRCC. I tried to do the following:

1. Call IRCC several times but can't get through
2. Submitted web form a few times but did not get reply.

Not sure what to do. Is there a way I can check if the fees has been used by IRCC or not? Or any other way I can get the status of application? Please help

It requires UCI.
 
I usually get through on the phone after 4-5 tries, but I heard that some people had to try 7 times before they are put in the queue.
