Not received AOR for Paper Application in 6 months

Hi - I applied citizenship for my wife and daughter using paper application in December 2022. I received a reply from them in February 2023 that one of the documents for my daughter is missing, I sent the document immediately which was delivered on March 2nd 2023. Since then I have not received any information from IRCC. I tried to do the following:

1. Call IRCC several times but can't get through
2. Submitted web form a few times but did not get reply.

Not sure what to do. Is there a way I can check if the fees has been used by IRCC or not? Or any other way I can get the status of application? Please help

It requires UCI.

If they confirm your file is not in the system file an online application using the same fee receipt and put all the above info in Letter of explanation.

I usually get through on the phone after 4-5 tries, but I heard that some people had to try 7 times before they are put in the queue.
