My bf is in US mostly ten years. He is out of stutas. He never file fot taxes. Since he always got cash.... Its almost 10 years.... Its going to be issue when I will apply for him?

If there is a warrant out for his arrest, yes it might be an issue. you should still submit police records, and if the FBI one says he is in breach of his visa conditions and he is illegally working in the US, it might be an issue

You need a lawyer and a good one at that.

what is his status in the US? is he legally in the USA?

If he is legally in the USA, this might be a minor thing and you could settle it with the IRS and then proceed. If he is not a legal in the US, you should consult a lawyer.

Laila - you have been asking the same (or similar) question multiple times. Because your partner has lived for so long in the US with illegal status, your case is a little tricky. You may want to consult with a immigration professional since they will have more expertise on the non-standard cases.

I had lived 7 yrs in the usa without status, but I worked and paid self employed taxes, my husband sponsored me to canada. I was Denied the visa as they said I wanted to go to Canada and didn't love my husband . My husband appealed our case and won. I'm waiting for fbi certificate from usa , then I should be having back my passport with visa to travel to canada.

Our whole case took 5 yrs total.

My advise is to build a strong case to prove you love your partner adm you just not using your partner to go to Canada . Good luck
