Not got the TRV Visa Yet, more than 3 weeks is over

I have applied through agent for canada visa (TRV), my company headquater is there so I need to go for some meeting, anybody have idea if it has taken more than 3 weeks?

Bangalore office on 24th of feb 2015, still it is pending.

TRV processing times at the Bangalore Consulate have taken even as long as 2-3 business weeks recently
