So I have 1 year of work experience in Canada with a post graduated work permit - class B job, non-seasonal, full-time.
I think I satisfied the criteria of having a LMIA-Exempt Work Permit and has worked for more than 1 year in Canada for the same employer.
But I am not getting the points on my profile - anyone knows why?
 
Yes for pgwp u will not get points. for arranged employment U need close work permit and if having that then u will need 1 year work experience for that employer and job letter stating that he will offer you job after PR for atleast one yer

Your points calculation is correct.

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA if you want to claim job offer points. Since you are on an open work permit without an employer named, you don't qualify for the 50 points unless your employer gets an LMIA.

I thought my employer will not need one if I have been working there for more than a year?

"Under Express Entry, some LMIA-exempt jobs count towards job offer points. For example, if you are working in Canada on a LMIA-exempt work permit that was issued under an international agreement or Federal-Provincial-Territorial agreement (or certain other cases), you don’t need your current employer to get an LMIA for your job offer to be valid. "

My interpretation is that because my work permit is a post-graduate one (under the category of "an international agreement", I should get the 50 points.
