Thank you so much for your help .I found one more NOC 6314 is for supervisors, Call centre agents can I give this NOC code in EOI as I m working as Team Leader. Supervisors and Team Leaders are same right ?

No worries, i worked as a call center agent as well, and yes team leaders are higher position than normal agents, but I'm not sure if it's the same level as supervisor. As long as you can prove your noc, you should be fine. I think you should ask a immigration specialist or consultant just to be sure.
