Not enough points under CEC

Hi all,
So am currently holding a post graduate work permit with 1 year experience in Licensed practical nursing (2 years diploma program). Ielts score, listening 8, reading 8, speaking 7.5 and writing 6. Am 25 years of age. with these, i only manage to get CRS 405. Please can someone tell me if am missing anything here as i have 0 points in job offer and 0 point in certificate of qualification even tho i needed a license to practice as a nurse.

I had 2 years in post secondary but did not finish the degree as i was coming here in canada.

So what can i do to improve this? even if i have the highest point in ielts is still around just maybe 430. What other options do i have? please and thank you.

You could try looking for a different employer who may be willing to support your nomination.
