Hi,
I have a few queries in filling the application

1) For some questions like personal history, I am short of one line in the application. In this case do I have to fill in the application as much as I can (With one missing entry due to lack of lines) and attach a seperate sheet with the full details. Or Is it OK to keep the entire original table blank as I attach a separate sheet?

2) In some cases (Like where I need to write Education), the number of lines provided are sufficient, and I can fill in all the details regarding one entry except the address which is too long. So What can I do in this case. If I am to fill in the table, for certain entries the address part is not complete (for eg. I can't write the name of the country). Do I have to fill in it incompletely and attach a separate sheet or should I keep the entire table blank and attach a sheet.

3) When Attaching a sheet, we need to provide references to the sheets in the sections on the applications. I can number the attachment and refer them in the application. As you know, we can not type any thing in front of the questions using a computer. So Is it OK to write this refernce with a black pen in front of the questions.

please respond. Thanks a lot

Attach a separate sheet. On top of that sheet Put your full name and Question Number for which you are answering.

On form, on the last line, put something like. Please see attached sheet.

I opened a same thread a week ago and some gave their advices.
What I am doing - that continuing from the provided table and when there is no more space , I wrote "Please turn over and see the additional attached sheet for more"
