Hello, Does anyone who non-English native speaker waived from taking IELTS under new process system ?

Judging by your English, I don't think they've waive it for you but there are cases of people having provided sufficient data to skip IELTS and there are also cases of people having had a degree in English and still having to take IELTS so you never know.
