Hi Team

Please Help me why I am getting below 'not eligible for Express Entry' message, I feel I should qualify for 'Federal Skilled Worker', as I have completed my WES and CLB score is 8, I am working in Canada for less than a year, have a valid job offer from a Canadian company, moved from Intra company transfer from India to Canada (No LMIA), total IT experience is more than 10, the fund is more than 40k, age is 42 year, wife is not working and no CLB.

Error: Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time

So you are eligible for FSW not CEC. Your don’t count your job offer because you don’t have a LMIA or one year Canadian experience. You need one year continuous foreign skilled experience to be eligible.

Thanks, as I have moved to Canada On Intra company transfer (No LMIA) in June-2021, how can I claim additional points under 'Arranged employment for the Federal Skilled Worker Program', if my company is ready to share a job offer?

It is possible that your points for express entry is less than 67 points.
Try increasing your IELTS score to CLB 9.
Spouse can also include points through Education and Language tests.

You need to work in Canada for a full year before you will be able to claim the arranged employment points.
