Unfortunately, your NOC code is not eligible for Express Entry. You will have difficulty through the provincial programs because your NOC is not in demand. You will have to go through each Provincial program to see if you are eligible. For the Atlantic Program, you need an offer of employment. Also many programs are on hold because of Covi.

Oh! Thanks ..I also have work experience of 2 years as an administrator. .a degree in Public Administration and an A masters in Public Administration too.can I use it? Noc 1221?

You claim your Masters degree in education. Education is not work experience. Your education doesn’t have to match your NOC...and in this case it doesn’t. You can claim 2 years of skilled experience if it is a A,B or 0 position. You will have to figure out the NOC & have employment/reference letters. you will not have near enough points, most likely under 400. And current scores are 470.

You only claim the years of skilled work experience that you actually worked a A, B or 0 job. So 2 years experience. Just because you have worked 12 years, but 10 as a NOC C job you can’t claim all those years. Only 2. Also you can only claim over 3 years of foreign experience anyways So it will not make a difference in your score. You are married but going unaccompanied (moving without her) since your wife isn’t included in your score. I would read through the Immigration website In detail. You are asking questions that are answered on the website.

All the work experience in last 10 years is applicable. Anything older than that won't be counted.
