Not allowed to enter into Canada as per canadian law article 42(1)

I have been not allowed to enter Canada by immigration officer due to insufficient documents like itinerary and proof of funds. whatever documents my agent provided me which are invalid as they checked in their systems, Hence immigration officer told me either go to jail or go back to india then i choose to go back to India then immigration officer told me to sign a letter which mentions that i am going back to india on my own. In that letter they mention as per Canadian law article number 42(1).

Dear friends please help me out to know exactly can i go back to Canada again with proper documents on same visa, My visa is visitors multiple visa.

One more thing can i get SIN there.

What documents were you showing that were not good? What is your purpose of visit to Canada? For how long is your visit? Why would you want a SIN if you are only visiting?

1) I have shown the itinerary which is provided by my consultant that is not matching with respect to cic records.

2) Purpose of visit to see Niagara falls, street Lauren CN tower which free offer from my company.

3) Stay period is 10days

4) SIN is required for one of my friend he need procedure to get it.

Pretty much suspect you for not being a genuine visitor, SIN is only for tmp resident - not for visitor.

Agent gave me itinerary related documents such as hotel booking details etc.

I am surprised that they let you leave without cancelling your visa

Even from what you have stated here, you don't sound like a genuine visitor....If you are planning on coming back, you have to realize that the IO at the airport will have access to whatever notes the previous officer made. So, expect to be thoroughly questioned and provide solid proof that your intent is "visit" only

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who do this....

In this particular instance though, he showed up with a visit visa with no proof of funds---and then was denied entry. Immigration is very suspicious of him, he will have to pull off a mircale to convince the IO that he is a genuine visitor next time he shows up

All flame wars aside, Canada is not like the US as far as working illegally is concerned

The biggest drawback is the healthcare, you cannot walk into ANY healthcare provider in the country and get services without a provincial health card (it would cost an arm and a leg).....

So, if you come and work under the table-that's your choice to make. However, don't get sick or you will be financially wiped out and then some
