Not able to Validate the General App. form due to name change!

Hi,

My name was Y.XXXX before and then I changed it to XXXX YYYYYYY (I added a last name later) . But I am not able to enter my name with initials in that form because that field was not designed to handle anything other than letters. Is it okay if I do not validate it? Please advice.

It is NOT OKAY not to validate the form, when you validate the form, bar codes get generated which will have all the information.

When you enter your name, do not put the '.' symbol, just leave a space for that.

Thanks Man. So I will not enter the initials there. But I did not have a family name and only a given name. I cant leave that box empty because it wont let me validate it. What do I do?

Lets say, your name was A.Zuman and you changed the name to Aaaaaa.Zuman, you are trying to fill up the form and in the section where it asks, did you change your name and what was your previous name. give Zuman A that should be sufficient
