Not able to upload or pay online from the GC key login

I have filled the Form for TRV visa but since the form did not open online, I saved it on my computer as validated it but now how do I upload the application online. It does not give me an option.

I am desperate, I cannot also find the option to pay online for my biometrics and I have my appointment day after tomorrow.

Thank you in advance for any help.
FYI I have a mac and I already uploaded the new adobe reader.

I think you need to pay biometric fees at the visa center - depend on your location-like VFS
check the visa centers in your country
