Hi,

I'm 15 years of age and want to go to Canada for more than 6 months in order to study at secondary school
My parents and I gathered the following documents:
- IMM1294
- birth certificate
- foto
- proof of financial support
- copy of passport
- acceptance letter
- letter of explanation
- IMM5646/custodian parent

It is pretty easy to upload all of the above documents, except for IMM5646: There is no space provided in the document checklist to upload it. There is space for "Schedule1", which we believe we do not require.
- We tried to upload IMM5646 in the space for Schedule1, but that doesn't work.
- We submitted an application without IMM5646, but this one was refused saying "IMM5646 missing".
- We answered some of the questions differently before you get to the appliaction itself, but we never got a sapce for IMM5646

What do we need to do to be able to upload IMM5646 in the online portal?

thx and regards

kannjosh

I believe that in general it is possible to upload this form just like all others, just that I have no field where to upload it
potentially I did something wrong - anyone able to tell me what I need to do to be able to upload IMM 5646?
I entered my age correctly, so the system should know to tell I'm minor thus need "custodian parent", but it won't let me upload it ...

confused - kannjosh

I believe many students have no problem submitting their application INCLUDING IMM5646
I have the IMM5646 for upload ready but the CIC-system wouldn't let me upload it, because it is not listed in the required documents section.
submitting an application without it it was rejected "5646 missing"

=> what do I need to do to have IMM5646 listed in the first place?

thx for any thoughts or hints
