Not able to see my SINP application form When I login Saskatchewan website

I am not able to see my Saskatchewan profile which I created. When I go to summary to application it shows status as cancelled. Attaching the snapshot as well.

Can anyone please help me with this issue

They change the whole system and recently introduced an EOI system. Every unsubmitted profile is cancelled.. You need to create an EOI profile ..
