Not able to link my application using GCKEY

Hi,
I am trying to link my application with GCKEY to see detail status of my application. link(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/link.asp). I have tried different combination to find my application but all the time it says no application found. My application shows In Process status since June 29, 2016.

Anyone get this working to link their application.

I have the same problem ive tried so many times and nothing. Its so annoying
