North portal landing.

Hello all,

I landed at north portal on may 16th. It was around 10-15 min. Crossed the USA border and return to Canada. The officers didn't ask me anything took the passports and copr. They took all the study permits and work permits of mine and my wife.

Congrats on becoming Canadian PR! Btw, I suppose you went there from Saskatoon? Did you drive all the way to North Portal and back?

Yes. Its 4 hrs drive from saskatoon.

I drove from Prince Albert to North Portal and it was smooth.
I changed my SIN today and got my children also. Hopefully we receive the PR soon as it takes as CIC told me up to 8 weeks.

Did the officer at the counter asked you.
Why did you came here if you have a chance to land at office. She then told me that you should not come here to land until if you have any kind of urgency.
I was like :-X

Then she took all the papers and did everything smoothly.

Hello sir ,
Need one urgent help. planning to travel to saskatchewan via north portal. which would be the nearest us airport . I am in charlotte and I tried finding stuff online but I was not sure.
also isit better to enter using north dakota or montana . which is better and near to regina .
