Hello sir ,
I had done MBA operations from India and currently working as a project control executive. I want to study further in canada I am interested to take graduate certificate program at canada .I had taken ielts my over all score is 6 with reading module 5.5. I want to know what are chances of getting visa?

No one can tell you but your IELTS scores are low. If you have a Masters, how will taking a Canadian PG certificate help your career in your home country. How does it expand on your education? Why spend thousands on a certificate? That is what you need to answer as officers will ask the same questions.
