Non-SDS Indonesia Feb 23 not a single update since biometric

I open the IRCC portal website every day and no update ever since, not even eligiblity review and or background check. It feels as if they're ignoring my application.

Does this mean that the visa officer hasn't even bothered to look at my application and just let it sit unopened just like a company HR ignoring job applications in their email inbox ?

I checked the current processing times for a student visa and it's currently at 10 weeks. It's been 3 weeks since biometrics and they haven't even opened my application yet.

Is this a cause of concern ?
