Non-SDS applicants in June

My university is insisting to apply through non-SDS category due to portal updates on tuition fees taking time. My biometrics are done but medical exam is left? What will be the process now? I have submitted my application today.

Can I get a timely decision? When will the medical exam take place (when is IME number generated?)
