Hi wonderful members.

Please, is allowed express entry for a married man to exclude his wife while filling the EE form. My wife is currently doing a programme in native country that may boost our score but this programme can only be completed in 3 yrs time. And including her now will reduce my CRS score.

Please, what do I do , I need your advice to enable me fill the form.

Thank you all

What exactly do you mean by excluding your wife?

If you mean having her as non-accompanying then yes, perfectly fine.
If you mean applying as a single individual then no, that is misrepresentation.

Thank for prompt response I deeply appreciate it.
It non-accompanying I mean.
What is the implications of this when she done with her programe and would want to come over to Canada.

Thank you

You would have to sponsor your spouse, this process can take up to 12 months.
