Hello, I'm open work permit holder. I have submitted PR application online along with my spouse under non-express entry. File is submitted 3 month ago but i have't received AOR yet. now, i'm planning to apply for spousal open work permit for my wife (She is in india) and i have doubt about weather i can apply for her sposal open work permit while waiting for update on PR application?
