Non exit visa in saudi arabia

Hi. I am planning to apply for study visa in canada and i am planning to have my 2 minor kids and my husband to come with me. The situation is, my husband is currently working in Saudi arabia. He still has over a year before his contract to lapse. His employer might not give him exit visa because his contract has not ended yet. His option is to take vacation then will not return and will just let his re entry visa expire. Would that affect the application of coming with me in canada? Pls advice. Thank you

You should be aware that families of international students aren't guaranteed permits/visas? What kind of degree are you trying to do? Does it make sense based on your previous education and work experience? Will it lead to career advancement?

That by itself will not effect your Canadian visa. You will both need to show strong ties to your home country this will be very difficult in your husband's case.
