Non conviction effect on Application?

Hey
Had a run in with an officer last year, he took down my name and address then said I can leave. I'll be applying for citizenship soon and am wondering how this will affect app, if it could cause deportation, and what I could do to mitigate effects. I thought of getting criminal record checks done for specifics, then submitting a record suspension check (pardon) for it. I'm just very worried over this and don't know what to do.
