Non-availability Certificate instead of BC - Asivad and Friends Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Friends,

While filling e-apr im thinking of uploading Birth Certificate as well though they not asked me. But, since i did not have birth certificate and in place of it i'm planning to upload non-availability certificate along with 10th mark sheet. Will this be Ok??
