What do you mean? There are none. It costs money to review your application. If you can’t afford the application fee then how will you pay for tuition?

I have a passport already.

But, when you have to apply to different universities or/and colleges, the app fee runs into thousands.

Just trying to avoid that.

One app fee is not thousands. Niagara College probably is $100. So pick the schools that advance your education and show career progression.
