We have three dependent children on our PnP stream application currently in process in Ottawa. They are included in the application packet, as necessary, and have completed all the documentation requirements (police certificates, medical exams...) but are unsure whether they want to make the move up from the US. So, we have so stated for them on our PR application ("does not intend to move to Canada").
Once our application is approved and my wife and I proceed to make the flagpole trip back into Canada to kick off the issuing of the PR card, then how long after my wife and I enter permanent residence status are the kids eligible to pursue permanent residence under our application?
