Non accompanie spouse to process for federal

I got approval PNP with spouse as a dependent.

Now, I do not want to accompanies her for my federal process at Sydney (CIC)

Should I have to submit her documents and police clearance and everything to process only my file for federal??????

Yes, you have to submit her documents police certificates as well. She will also have to have a medical the same as you.

Could I send my application to cic without her police certificate because it takes time to get it.?

Can I submit later on police certi to cic because my PNP is going to expired in few weeks.?
