I have received sinp nomination and now need to apply for PR at IRCC but its not reflecting in the account as it will add 600 point to my profile

Nomination and certificate are 2 different things.
Let me explain you get nomination or NOI, you submit your application, it is verified. Then a certificate is issued. Once a certificate is issued then you are given 600 points.
Hence my question.
It takes a while to add that in your federal profile after that.
