Nominated by a province but currently working in another province on a closed work permit

Hi everyone

Can I still submit my permanent residence application if am on closed work permit working in a province different from the province that actually nominated me.

I got my nomination in a particular province before I got a job offer and closed work permit in another province. However I would like to submit my pr application for the province that nominated me and also apply for open work permit so that I can move to the province to work while cic is processing my pr application.

Have your advised the province that nominated you of your change in employer and the fact that you've left the province? I would be . . . surprised . . . if you received a nomination from one province while working on a closed work permit in another province.
