NOI Human Capital Tech Stream

Hi, I got NOI under human capital Stream - Tech Sector on December 14th. The requirement for this stream is bachelor's degree but I only did advance diploma. On my diploma it also says - Advance Diploma of 3 years and not degree. Should I still apply? Does anyone experienced this before and submitted their profile?

You should decline the invitation since you don't meet the minimum requirements to qualify.
