Appreciate ur good help on the aforementioned noc 1315. My previous description matches the duties pertaining to this NOC to 80 to 90%. However, it doesn’t require for me to have license in Singapore to be a customs broker, whereas it is mentioned that it requires to have license in Canada to operate a business. Could you anyone of good folks please shed a light on this issue -I.e., if anyone has actually used this NOC without a license.
