Is there any issue if we copy paste duties from NOC to reference letters.
 
U cant do that.make ur duties according to ur experice and it should match with their requirements.

Yes - it's an issue. This can lead to a refusal.

but my duties are same as mentioned in NOC and emplloyer is ready to authenticate them.
