Noc with no related qualification

Few question to address please:

1 ) Will federal and provinces consider an EE profile with more than one NOC experience? Example : 5 yrs of exp with one noc and rest 5 with other noc.

2) I have an experience and matching role & responsibilities with an noc but don't have related qualification for that as per eligibility requirement. What should I do ?

1. Yes they do. Additionally, only three years of experience gives you maximum points. Use the current 3 years and shift rest to personal history. You dont need need to provide reference letters for all the other.
2. This is also fine, just make sure you are able to prove beyond doubt that you were fulfilling the roles and responsibilities as required under the NOC.
