plz see the highlighted (in bold) part below from CIC instruction. I have experience in 2 NOC (one software engineer, another purchasing manager my current job) now if I use my current NOC as primary (that i want to use) and don't get federal ITA, can I change the secondary NOC to primary (because most probably the software engineer role will be in demand for Ontario provincial nomination). The way I am interpreting the CIC instruction below is - if provincial nomination are indeed based on skill set and if the primary occupation will be considered for immigration application, it makes me wonder whether it means that if I have experience in the particular skillset Ontario wants but I make it secondary they will not consider me. Any input would be appreciated. It is urgent plz. Thanks.
"Primary occupation (4 digit NOC Code) Help
This means the job Prakash --------has experience in and wants to base the immigration application on. This is how we will determine your eligibility for federal programs. You will need to know the job title and the NOC for the primary occupation and for any other jobs you add, as well as for any job offer."
