Would appreciate any input on below. My job description is in line with NOC 2171 and have been agreed upon with HR which are as follows. The title should be business analyst but my HR has refused to do so as the title in the HR system is a 'distribution analyst'.

- Assist in implementing different technology systems/tools to optimize replenishment planning business processes.
- Regular Data Validation and Cleanup activities up to ensure quality of the business system data.
- Maintenance and improvement of master data of ERP databases and repositories.
- Preparation of documentation to act as a reference guide for different purposes (training, identifying gaps, understanding process design mapping etc.).
- Monitoring KPIs and developing metric reports for different business areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of business systems and processes
- Support the replenishment Planner by partnering with cross-functional team members to identify business system failures and drive improvement projects and monitor key KPIs.
